起床、起身、站起來，英文怎麼分？🛏️
今天來看兩個長得很像的「不及物動詞片語」

🔹 get up（起床；起身）
從躺著或坐著的狀態起身，最常指「離開床」

I usually get up at 6:30 on weekdays.
平日我通常6點半起床。

🔹 stand up（站起來）
從坐姿或蹲姿變成雙腳站直，強調站立的姿勢

Please stand up when the teacher walks in.
老師走進來時請起立。 

⚠️ 小心地雷

❌ I stand up at 6 every morning.
✅ I get up at 6 every morning.

「早上起床」是 get up，stand up 只是站起來這個姿勢，不是離開床。

📌 早晨三部曲

1️⃣ wake up：醒來（眼睛睜開，人還在床上）
2️⃣ get up：起床（離開床）
3️⃣ stand up：站起來（雙腳站直）
醒了還要賴床十分鐘，這兩個動作其實是分開的😆
